Too Faced Peach Perfect Comfort Matte Foundation – Review

🍑Too Face Peach Perfect Comfort Matte Foundation

This foundation is long lasting, is buildable up to a high medium coverage, transfer proof, light weight, and can be natural looking.

🌿mild peach scent that does not stay for long in the skin but a weird maple syrup smell hangs around on the sponge/brush for days

🌿looks dry without a hydrating/illuminating base

🌿dries down completely and doesn’t need to be set with powder for bronzer/blush to blend out well on top of it

🌿lasts a solid 12-14 hrs and fades fairly evenly after that

In the picture above, the foundation (my shade is Snow) is worn without a mixer or a primer.

For a reference point, my favorite foundation ever is Make Up Forever Matte Velvet.

I really like this foundation by Too Faced because it looks very natural, has medium coverage, though it will get cakey if I do not properly moisturize and prime my face. It lasts for a solid 14 hours and doesn’t break down or separate on my skin. Instead it just gracefully fades away. My favorite, everyday way to wear this is to mix it with Becca Backlight Priming Filter or Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops in Celestial. Mixing in an illuminating product makes the foundation have less coverage, but it adds some dew. Best of all, the foundation still dries down completely and is still transfer proof. Because it’s matte and long lasting, if I wear it without a good primer or without really hydrating my skin, it will cling to dry patches on my face.
